to AIRINN
I created A.I.R. INN (ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE inn) for my final Canvas Challenge in the Most Imaginative Bartender Competition 2024. With the creative grant given by TALES OF THE COCKTAIL and Bombay Sapphire I have brought to life a dream of mine decades in the making. The mission to provide a comforting space for Rest and Creative Inspiration for F&B professionals during a time of chaos. from cocktail conventions to stressful rat race we call life in Manhattan
By providing thought provoking conversation starters, creative prompts and tools to create. Each AIRINN stay will be located in a rustic natural setting a juxtaposition to NYC’s concrete landscape.
The experience will commence with a chef curated dinner and a round table discussion that no one would expect!

“The various “locations” in the house provided space for different emotions, space for thought. Large communal dining was key for conversation as was the availability of activities of games, prompts for our notebooks to be shared, and low key quiet time for everyone to do their own thing.”
